Create a program and use the Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe –u command to uninstall Creative Cloud desktop app. Run this program from distribution point on all the client machines where you want to uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app. Download and Install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (Mac) Go to adobe.com and sign in following these instructions. Select Desktop Downloads. Scroll down to locate Creative Cloud and select Download. Enter the required information. Sep 13, 2019 I have uninstalled all my adobe programs because they were not managed by the Creative Cloud, and the App tab was not visible. Then, when i have reinstalled the CC desktop app, login and want to reinstall, i got this message ' You don't have access to manage apps'. One more way to uninstall Creative Cloud is to use a special application App Cleaner & Uninstaller. The app allows you to delete any other program on your Mac with a full and safe cleanup. Launch the application. Select Creative Cloud from the list of scanned apps. Click the Remove button to uninstall Creative Cloud.
When installing the Creative Cloud desktop application, you receive the following error:
Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp.
Click Repair in the error message to fix the issue.

Download and reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the current installation of the Creative Cloud desktop app. See Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
- In the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, choose option 3: Creative Cloud 2017,2015, 2014, Creative Cloud & CS6 Products. Then, choose option 1: Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBENote:If you get This folder is currently in use error while trying to rename the folder, do the following:- Close all the Adobe applications running on your system.
- Check if any of the following background processes are running and close them:
Creative Cloud, Adobe Desktop Service, CCXProcess, CCLibrary, CoreSync, CoreSync helper, Adobe IPC Broker, armsvc, AGS Service- Download and reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Create a new local user account with administrator privileges, and log in using that account. Then download and reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.
